Policy, Returns, & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise can not be returned.
Items purchased on sale AT ANY DISCOUNT THAT IS 25% OFF OR MORE are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned for credit, but may be exchanged for sizes or items of that season. Items purchased on sale of less than 25% off, may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Items purchased at 50% off or more, are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged. There are no price adjustments.
These items must be mailed back to the store and received by us within 7 days of order. Please include the store receipt in the package.
Items returned by mail within the above time frame will receive money back minus the shipping costs.
DISCLAIMER: When entering a promotional code, only one promotional code can be used at a time. You can not combine two promotions in the same order.
We will do all that we can to assist in locating packages, and tracking them. We cannot cover lost or stolen packages.
If you would like to order an item online, and would like to pick up the item from our store, please enter this promo code at checkout: storepickup.
When ordering an item and choosing in-store pickup, our policy is the same as our in store rules- you have 5 days to make any returns or exchanges for store credit only. After 5 days, your items will be considered final sale.
All orders made over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
We do our best to carefully inspect each garment in your order before shipping it out to you. Despite our best efforts, we sometimes overlook damaged items. If you received a damaged garment, please contact us immediately! Do not ship damaged items until you contact us.
Please include a copy of the original sale receipt with any return or exchange. Without that information we cannot process your request. Please circle the items that you are returning or exchanging on the copy of the sales receipt. Please write clearly if it is a return or exchange, and if an exchange- to which size. We would love to know the reason for the return so that we may better serve you in the future.
If an item was purchased as a set (for example a top and pants), it must be returned as a set. We will not process returns of incomplete sets. Please note that we will only be able to credit the card used to make the purchase.
If you are returning a gift, you will be issued a store credit in the amount of your return.
INTERNATIONAL AND OUT OF STATE ORDERS
All international orders made out of the US must be returned within two weeks of the purchase date. If we receive the items later than 10 days past the purchase date, we will not accept the return. Shipping costs on international orders are subject to change after purchase (our computer system doesn't always calculate it correctly).
Out of state purchases have the same store policy as local orders plus two extra business days. This does NOT include New Jersey.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
STEP 1: Make a Copy of your receipt for your records and place one in the box
(If you include your order number, that is the easiest way for us to know who to refund)
STEP 2: Circle items being returned on your receipt and place in box
