Policy, Returns, & Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: If customer selects USPS shipping option by checkout and your package gets lost we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For a more secure shipping option please select UPS as your shipping rate.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise can not be returned.

Returns Must be in USPS possession 5 days from delivery date for a full refund and 10 days from delivery date for a store credit. We have the right to charge 5% restocking fee on items if necessary. 

Keep that in mind NO EXCEPTIONS!

(Day 1 starts the day USPS says its delivered, When Day 5 ends it needs to be scanned by USPS)

Online purchases can only be returned or exchange by mail within the 5 days for full refund and 10 days for store credit. After the 10th day absolutely no returns. 

In store purchases can not be returned by mail they must be returned in store.

  • In order to receive your full refund minus the $10.95 return fee you MUST FILE A RETURN,  and check off what you are returning
  • once a return request has been approved it must be scanned by usps within the next 24 hours. No exception! Otherwise We will not be able to refund the item.  
  • All returns must have a receipt. 
  • Please allow 10-14 business days for returns to be processed. 
  • If you want a different size or color, send back your order for a refund, and make a new order.
  • orders that were placed as STORE PICK UP must be brought back to the store within 5 days for store credit only. No refund on store pickups. 


Things to Note

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after the delivery is confirmed via postal service.
  • If an item does come damaged we will gladly replace it. If you choose not to keep the item the shipping charge will not be refunded due to the cost involved.
  • Returns post marked past 5 days will not be accepted.
  • items over 25% are final sale. Orders that are missing an item will be refunded and orders will still be shipped out and are final sale.  There is no price adjustments. 
  • If we unfortunately have a miscount in our stockroom and have to refund items. Your order will be shipped out with the remaining items and you will get a refund email. Sorry for any inconvenience.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
